The Criminal Investigative Division (CID) is commanded by Lieutenant Colonel Owens. CID has five highly trained investigators working felony and misdemeanor cases. Investigators receive intensive advanced training in various areas such as crime scene investigations, child abuse and domestic violence, interviews, and identity theft investigations. CID attempts to help each victim in the most effective and professional manner possible.
